I am seeing his W being nerfed the ratios (because right now you can have 220 shield at rank1 with 2.5k hp yeah that pretty OP) And i am seeing some of his E CD going UP
and maybe some of his mana regeneration on his passive crystals going down
If riot touch anything else skarner is gone...
