BUT I SPENT MONEY ON THEM. I DESERVE MY MONEY BACK... and yes I would also like those new pants.

I really dont care about this whole argument in general. This comparison is retarded.

if the pants i bought randomly shrunk 5 sizes so i couldnt use them anymore, with no wrong doing on my part. You would be your ass I would be upset at the product and want a refund.
