it doesnt. it just shows that one player couldnt adapt to the changes in a nonorganized environment.

correct me if im mistaken, but didnt it happen quite a lot for some of the pro players to show up in diamond/master solo que in the past, across all regions? if i remember correctly, froggen used to play around diamond with his anivia. solo play and organized pro play are two different games.

hence why some champions like shen and sejuani have shitty winrates in solo que and are gods in pro play.

how many other adc mains are currently in challenger in korea?

youre actually the king of cherry picking. whenever you try to make an argument between all the evidence that points into the other direction, you find the one exception and manage to generalize it.

what else an adc main is supposed to do, apart not picking a marksmen in the first place?

i don't even play adc but it's clear that the role has been butchered hard, the majority of them have been demoted or don't play them at all

the guy might be an amazing player when hes playing together with a certain team and champion pool, but might have trouble coordinating himself with the random scrubs in solo que.

if he always plays with the same people and trains with the same people, he expects them to behave a certain way in specific situations. so when they dont, it might throw him off.

solo que however is a lot more random and chaotic, and maybe he simply cant adapt to teammates playing different every game, and interacting with champions that he usually doesnt play with/against because theyre not relevant in tournaments.

Yeah yeah but the fact is that from all the pro's on Korea that are not from KR region the highest elo ADC is Rekkles on Diamond 1, in the number 25th out of all the bootcamp accounts.

That's not about X adc not adapting good, is that systematically even the best adcs cant carry their way to Masters or Challenger KR as the rest of the roles does.

Only RNG Karsa and 100T Anda have even made it to challenger though. Slots 2-19 are sitting in Master tier and the latter ones only barely. NA challenger tier is more comparable to KR Diamond tier. Why do you think the pros have their bootcamp on the KR servers? Also considering the difficulties of ADC being more mechanically intense and having to rely on your support to be able to do their job makes climbing as ADC almost as difficult as climbing as a support main. That's why a lot of supports and ADCs duo queue 90% of the time.

i mean, all of that still applied when adc were relevant and the guy was master+ in soloQ, so he should know a lot about team comp, counter picks, and basically how to play

Just a coincidence I guess that the highest elo adc bootcamping on Korea cant even reach Masters and he (Rekkles) is on the number 25 when you take other roles on count.

Its not surprising, adc is a dead role, riot killed it with 8.11 because of bad players whining about it.

Win rate doesn't equate the way You sre thinking. Look at his loss streak.. That wasn't vs d5s, it was vs d2.. because his mmr was already really high. He is in promos right now and will likely skip to d3. How is this not equal to climbing?

As an ADC main the only issue I have with current ADCs is that their builds are boring and really could use variety. There are four zeal items. Only shiv is regularly built. I wish they'd shift power out of shiv or give the other zeal items some kind of interesting and unique synergy.

Also, get rid of Stormrazor and/or make it actually charge up via AAs and not via breaks in AAs. That's just counterintuitive to how ADCs play. ._.

Oh and for fucks sake, turn ER back into a fucking crit item. Xayah, Crit Fortune, Crit Varus, Ashe, Crit Lucian, and Corki all miss actually having an item that fucking worked and gave them the CDR, mana, and Crit they needed to function.
