This game is beyond broken riot, please fix it

The matchmaking has been broken for 2 years now, the level of intelligence I see on some people is very questionable....the items are at the point where they are oppressive on certain champions, and whats riot doing....nothing...they rather focus on releasing more shit to cause further balance issues and don't address their broken game, im tired of putting my soul into a game to try and win it just to lose because "A Summoner has Disconnected" or "Quadrakill" at 2 minutes in, your making it continuously harder to deal with carries like fiora and ezreal but your not addressing the fact that we already struggled to kill them

You need to start implementing a way to forefit and not lose 20 LP because someone trolled you and left, and on top of this, a much better moderation system needs to be brought into the equation, as trolls/flamers have become to game deciding that winning feels impossible now a days as I literally always have one on my team....even with my most proficient champions I cannot carry someone who refuses to cooperate, and to be completely honest...I don't even want to play ranked...I literally just want the skin, but since you refuse to fix your matchmaking, I continue to get dragged down back to bronze due to these griefers....so please riot...address the issues with your game and its matchmaking/balance before you continue to add new champions/reworks

FYI I don't want "funny" people here, please don't post here to flame/troll, post your honest opinion about the games current state
