if your more mobile than a champ like Nidalee. who has a short range dash every 6 seconds

who for the first 4 season was one of the most mobile champs IN THE GAME.

#You're not "low mobility"

i am tired of people saying

oh Pyke is low mobility

on what bloody planet is a champ with a 70% speed boost, invisibility a LONG range dash, and a ranged ulti that makes him untargetable, dashes him and has a FULL reset upon a kill" "low mobility".

are we now calling Nidalee "low mobility"?

what about Hecarim Quinn and Udyr are they now "low mobility"

low mobility is a champ like Ziggs who only "dash" requires a setup

or Syndra who has no dashes but can cast while moving so SOME form of kiting

just becuase your not Zed Leblanc Kayn Irelia does mean your "low mobility"

is RekSai now "low mobility?"

the champ that was GUTTED for being TOO MOBILE

Pyke is NOT "low mobility"

You're missing quite a few things about mobility. Lets take a second to look at different types of mobility and other factors that go into it. First, what kind of mobility is it? A speed up is not as strong as a dash. Can the dash go over walls? What is the cast time of the dash? Is the dash targeted or unconditional? Can the dash be body blocked? What is the range? What is the cooldown? How many dashes do they get? Is the mobility an ultimate? How long is the cooldown on the ult? Is the dash maxed first, second, or third? How accessible is CDR in the build of the champion? Then you have a blink, which essentially is just an upgraded dash.

Look at a champ like Urgot compared to a champ like Ezreal. Both have one mobility spell, but Urgot's is slow, clunky, can be body blocked, can't go over terrain, and cant clear over abilities like Veigar's cage or an Anivia's wall. There isn't a person here that is going to argue that Urgot is as mobile as Ezreal. Another scenario. Compare Nidalee with Xin Zhao. Nidalee has one mobility spell. She has short hop on a low cooldown that is unconditional. It can be used to clear thin walls. It can be used to gap close and escape. Contrast to Xin Zhao whose dash is targeted which severely limits how you can use it. It also has a longer cooldown. Which champ is more mobile? Obviously Nidalee is. Lets compare two champs that are both considered very mobile. Both Zed and Leblanc have 2 gapclosers. Both have a dash/blink on a basic ability and their ultimates. However, LB's ultimate does not require a target. She can use both dashes to run away. Zed's ultimate mobility is targeted and can only be used to to gapclose to an enemy champion then back to where he started. Zed's ultimate also has a higher cooldown. Even though both are quite mobile, LB is more mobile than Zed.

There are far more factors that go into mobility than you are trying to present. Look at a champ like TF. He can teleport halfway across the map but is still considered pretty immobile because its an extremely high cooldown with a fairly long channel. When its not up, he's a sitting duck.

nid was considered high mobility because at the time no one had dashes like her, so relatively speaking at the time you could call that hypermobile if you wanted to. meanwhile pyke only has his stun, which is his engage, and has a slight stall on a pretty long cooldown. his ult has a blink, but only if he actually hits a champion.

thats situational mobility, theres a huge difference.

also udyr is immobile, he just runs fast, but unlike hecarim its not a lane long dash.

His engage is also his WQ or just fishing with Qs. His W and E both serve as highly effective engage and disengage tools. You're just ignoring that to make a point, I guess.

i didnt? because his engage cant go through walls

ok.. idk how to stay this without sounding obvious..

if two people start in the same spot.. and a champion can escape a hyper mobile champ.

THERE NOT LOW MOBILITY.

movement speed is mobility, stealth is mobility dashes are mobility, blinks are mobility

i can't off the top of my head think of a 5th type of mobility.

but if Pyke has EVERY SINGLE TYPE OF MOBILITY CURRENTLY IMPLEMENTED IN THIS GAME.

he is MOBILE

i don't even understand how u can possibly debate this

every single skill on his kit except his Q is a mobility skill.

he as more mobility than Morgana has CC

Point to where i said he was low mobility tho. He has decent mobility, but its not piss poor. A better example of low mobility champs

Teemo Garen Nasus Brand

Teemo Garen Nasus Brand

brand and nasus would be "immobile" as they have no form of dash speed boost blink or stealth. ( i think think nasus ulti gives a speed boost corrct me if im wrong, as that would move him into low mobility) they arn't "low mobility" low mobility mean u have a form of low end speed boost or dash

Teemo would indeed be "low mobility" becuase although he has stealth he needs to stand still for it.. which means he cant really use it as a form of moblity like every other stealth champ in the game can... so he would be the exception. even if he can move in bushs with it now.

he does also has a pretty decent speed boost though so he is not "immobile"

garen again obvoiusly has a speed boost. so he isnt immobile. i guess i would call him "low mobility", becuase i would call Olaf low mobility.

neither of them is "immobile" but the mobility is severely limited, like teemo's is

a "mobile" champ would be someone like Twitch or Khazix or Tristana

although when kha was invisible in bushes i would have called him "high mobility"

high mobility champs would be like Nidalee Vayne Pyke Evelynn Ezreal Ahri TwistedFate Taliyah RekSai

and hyper mobile champs would be those like Akali Irelia Fizz Talon Leblanc Kayn Katarina

(old RekSai with orginal ulti)Zed

i like how u ignore the 70% movement speed and the invisibility as is that donest matter at all

if pyke ONLY had the dash and the ulti he would BE hyper mobile... the difference is he also have a long duration invisbility with a MASSIVE speed boost

movement speed is mobility

or are u going to call Quinn "immobile" too
