Can fizz get one too?
His ult is one of the worst mechanics ive ever seen on the game, a melee range assassin gets punished for ulting in melee range, this would be like punishing an adc for being far away auto attacking/kiting, like wow, his W is also complete trash for the player.

Its stupid no way you try to twist it, fizz is an assassin not a tank that engages team fights for his team.
