theyre just reverting some of her initial buffs. honestly, i dont know why they bother nerfing her at all. her play and winrate is pretty much exactly where it was pre rework. she doesnt really look too strong right now.

It's actually ~54% when it was ~52% before. That's fairly significant, especially since no one has played the new kit nearly as much as some people had played the old one. She absolutely is stronger now. Just not quite as much of a pub stomper as she used to be.

pretty sure it was always around 55% before the rework. ive palyed her pre rework myself and fiora mains used to get a really high winrate on her. this was due to multiple reasons imo. people rarely saw her and were taken off guard by her abilities. she was mainly played by dedicated mains. and she had a lot of very distinct matchups that were either terrible or really easy for her. so her mains picked her soley into those matchups that they could crush and snowball off.

she used to be my main counter to kassadin when he was strong, since she absolutely dismantled him pre 6.

she had around 5% pickrate at the time. now its at 7%.

what really weirds me out is, that more experienced players have a lower winrate than people who have played her 'some'

Lots of champs have that in their graphs. It's likely because people who have played her tons take her into bad matchups more often, while the moderate players use her more as a counter pick.

Anyway, just look at her pick rate now and before her rework. It's almost five times higher while her win rate is slightly higher as well. She's stronger now.
