@Riot What are your thoughts on this type of buff to Varus?

What if Varus gains attack speed for proccing his 3 blight stacks? Lets say that early game, he gains 15% attack speed from level 1-6, level 7-13, 30% and at lv 14-18 he gains 45% attack speed? The only big problem with adc Varus is that he won't be utilizing his attack speed peanut steroid unless he fights early game by killing a minion and fighting from there OR he kills someone and the attack speed steroid is pretty garbo either way. Proccing the stacks seems to be a good buff and will actually make his passive more useful than now? Thoughts?
