THE INDEX - 3, 3.5, 2, 1, 4, 5:
3: VERY DATED KIT
I Disagree (to an extent). That does not mean I believe nothing should be changed.
I extremely dislike that some are asking for a new kit. Asking for a brand new kit is asking to change his ENTIRE skill set; a Rework. You're basically looking to play a new champion with the same name 'Wukong'. Are you sure? If this happens, chances are 50% will like the 'New Champ' and the other 50% will miss the old Wukong.
I personally like Wukong's skill set. There does need to be some adjustments though.
-I have to speak out for the Jg Wukongs: although Wukong can dash through walls, it comes at the expense of a ward + a target requirement. There are plenty of other champions found in the jungle that can dash/jump over walls:
Gragas, Graves, Sejuani, Zac, etc.
I would appreciate the ability to do this (see Decoy displacement in 3.5).
3.5: THE W
I Agree. This was VERY well said and I'm glad the other clones were referenced. Neeko's clone was actually everything I thought Wukong's Decoy should have been. Decoy is vital to Wukong's play style.
-I would appreciate an 200-350 unit displacement/blink from Decoy or a MS boost from it.
A couple seasons back, the addition of the spectral animation when Decoying was an IMMENSE debuff.
GAME BUG - When Fiora uses Grand Challenge (R) on Wukong's decoy it can successfully complete Victory Zone.
2: HEAVY FOCUS ON SCALING
Crushing Blow (Q)
10 / 40 / 70 / 100 / 130
- 0 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 40% AD)
Nimbus Cloak (E)
65 / 100 / 135 / 170 / 205 (+ 80% bonus AD)
I Agree. Similar to what is stated above, I just want to point out some other details for Riot & non-wukong mains. Since E scales more in damage, the typical skill level order looks like this:
E, Q, W, E, E, R, [Q at level 7].
As E is leveled first rather than Q, Crushing Blow's damage does not even start scaling until level 7 and only acts as a auto-attack reset. Until then, it is unfortunately left at 10 + 0% AD.
- THE PASSIVE
I Agree. Until the team fights go down (where Wukong gets popped for being directly in the center with his R anyways); the majority of the game, the passive is only as strong as a single Cloth Armor.

-If this passive is changed, a more utility-oriented passive would be better (Offensive or Defensive). Passives like these always makes the Summoner take advantage of their ability by playing around it for the maximum effect.
Examples:
Garen/Maokai passive allows Health regen passively/actively for sustain.
Leona/Lux's passive leaves a mark on an enemy that can be consumed to deal damage.
Kennen/Caitlyn's passive lets the 4/7th auto stun/crit the enemy.
4: VISUALS
Not that massive, it's just aesthetics. I feel he has a fair amount of skins, many with great quality.
5: LIMITED LORE
Not that massive. The lore revolves around Master Yi rather than a spinoff of the Chinese Mythology/legend.
Please let me know what you guys think.
