Am I the only person who thinks Vel'koz is too oppressive?

Sure, you guys can downvote me cause "lolmuhskillshots" but he gives me the same feel as nidalee and ziggs before they got touched up

Ziggs would just toss out a shit ton of skillshots endlessly on seemingly no cd with non-existant mana cost (after a grail and or blue buff) and zone you hard and there was nothing you could do but dodge. It was infuriating to play against

Then there was Nidalee who if you got hit with 1 spear you were fucked.

Vel'koz has that same annoying ass skillshot spam that ziggs had and has that same if I hit you with my Q you're fucked deal nidalee had. It's annoying as crap.

I hated playing against this guy since his release but never said anything i've played vs him in all the game modes multiple times and he's still annoying as ever throughout the entire game. I won't go off and call him overpowered cause he's not being immobile and squishy but he has a slow in his Q and an AoE knockup in his E and another slow in his R which all have pretty decent range. Once he gets rylias everything is a slow and it's just irritating.

Seriously tired of this guy pre-rework nidalee and pre-nerfed Ziggs were annoying as hell to play against and he feels the exact same
