You do realize not even Challenger players dodge every skillshot right?

"just dodge it" is a crap argument because half of the champions in the game would be trash tier if it were true

That's because at that level, the one throwing the skillshot is challenger level and is better at predicting where the target will be. Whoever is just better in that short scenario will get the outcome that favors them.
