Can I not take like 300 Magic Damage from GunBlade
If its gonna do that much damage no reason it should slow too seems unnecessary I'm not raging I just think its a little unnecessary

well its not a common item but the people who do buy it like
and sometimes 
but its just kinda aids to play against especially if you are a squishy champion 300 magic damage INSTANTLY hitting you from a short range is actually a lot with no real counter play.

: 150 + 25% AP up to 240 + 40%AP if you hit all additional bolts (it's more likely to be less than that since it's hard hitting them all)
they do about the same damage,but protobelt have way less range
