Why such guy didn't get banned yet ?

So that guy is a singed main or whatever in a club "Singed mains " He always lock down Singed with ignite in any role he get, i saw him 2 times one on my side and other time was against me in like 4 days . The first time on my side, he was singed mid with ignite and ofcourse he fed the hell out of his laner while make nothing to team but we did manage to win somehow and we reported him. But after like 3 days i saw the same guy against me and this time he locked singed ignite in jungle role, ofcourse he cost his team the game and lose cause of him.

My question is why this guy didn't get banned after all of that ? like really what the system need more than that ? Ofcourse that apply to many players who tend to lock Anivia adc, etc

Because......it is not against the rules to use whatever champ you want with whatever spells you want.

Doesnt matter if you agree with it or not. I can use hiemerdinger ADC with cleans / exhaust and its not reportable or punishable. I wouldnt of liked having a singed ADC either but I know its not punishable or reportable.

only INTENTIONAL feeding, AFKing and flaming, racism and inappropriate summoner names are reportable and punishable.

Fair enough, but what if it not working for you at all and all of your wins come from fact you got carried hard by 4 members while sometime you cost the game to be much harder for no reason or even not winnable cause your pick ?

Yeah, i know, that could be true but its still not punishable. As long as the person is not being toxic and is trying to win, they are free to play whatever champ they want with the spells they want even if in the end it fails.

But i don't know, trying to win with singed who dive into enemy base everytime giving free kills isn't a win

Isn't it intentional feeding if you purposefully pick somebody that's not meant for the role and feed with them?

FOR JUSTICE2 votes

see this is where it gets a bit sketchy, because by this definition:

  • NB3 was inting when he played AD annie jungle. (offrole, feeds)
  • i can pick mid ahri mid and run it down on purpose, but im free to go (because shes meant for the role of midlane)

its only intentional feeding if youre trying to make your team lose and knowingly hold them back, whether it be through giving the enemy team free obviously uncontested kills, or taking kench and spitting allies into a group of enemies.

I would say that through the description the OP gave, that Singed was holding his team back pretty significantly ON PURPOSE (picking singed).

It's one thing to try out singed in an off-role to see how it works, but quite different if you pick him just because you belong to a singed mains club.

Wouldn't you say that's true?

Another clarification: That wasn't the full definition. Intentionally feeding is inting no matter what champion or role you are, but there's a difference between playing an off-role and stubbornly playing a champ. Picking an off-role doesn't guarantee feeding, but can end up feeding, while deliberately picking one champion regardless of the role and feeding is just plain inting.

The problem with this singed was never that he played singed in an off-role, it was that he wouldn't play anyone BUT singed, similar to the Overwatch Torbjorn player's case; it's not healthy for the game or other players.

You can troll in every way possible with Kench and Trundle. It's amazing.

The answer is no.

Take Voyboy for example.

For a time he was playing Leblanc top. And not just playing her top he was playing her AD.

Some games he made it work, other games it didn't...that doesn't mean he was intentionally feeding.

the guy has hovered around gold for the past few seasons. its also more likely he got jungle but forgot smite. he also surprisingly has a 50% winrate. this specific case is kind of hard to tell though, because he does CS and deal damage to champions as well as ward.

but it looks like he just sucks ass tbh.

But again as i said , that winrate 50% could come from fact that people carried him hard like the instance that he was playing with my team and we was able to win when he was so behind.

true, but if he feeds, but wins the game, then is it intentionally throwing? because if he feeds but still actively participates (which his op.gg stats suggest) then its not inting.

He is the type of singed who keep diving into enemy base and die, so i don't know if that feeding or not but it no working for him at all. 2 times i saw it, against me and with me it didn't work.

depends on how the dive is going though. if more then 2 people are chasing him, guess what that means for the rest of your team? free ass objective pressure. so in a way, him diving the enemy base, then tanking for a few seconds could still be helping your team, albeit unconventionally.

And what if i one person chasing him while the other 4 manhandle his team or even 5 manhandle his team and wingame while he not able to push past base tower ?
