Ekko's W 3 Second delay WAY to long!
If you guys hate how veigar has to wait .5 seconds for his E to pop up, dont play Ekko.
Can we just reduce the stun time on it by half, lower the shield ratio by half and make the delay anything but 3 seconds???

CreationFlaw1 votesI'd be fine with that. I find it OP af right now. Nobody can dodge that in a teamfight and it's a 3 man stun half the time. At least Veigar's is the rim, but fucking Ekko just plops the entire thing down then gains a 1k shield lategame.
