Make Steraks Melee only. Make Iceborn Gauntlet and Deadmans passive only proc on melee autos.

Steraks so ranged cant abuse this shit.

Iceborn and Deadmans so ranged and melee champions that have a form of ranged auto(Ezreal Q, Any ADC auto, Gangplank Q, Poppy Passive) won't be able to abuse it.

Riot has said that they like blue build ez and although they agree it's strong they don't want to kill it, so iceborn will always be a thing. I do agree with Steraks though.
