GayFluffyUnicorn1 votesWhat you need to know is that riot thinks everyone having access to CDR is easier to balance and less frustrating. Getting hit by one spell for half your health bar is more frustrating then 4 spells in the same time. I'd rather have a few very powerful abilities i can actually dodge and then fight back instead of walking circles in the hopes of not getting invalidated especially as a melee.
