Most Boring Champions in Game

Who are the most boring champions to play as in your opinion?

Slower than ants trapped in an ant farm and the only time I ever feel useful as him is if my ADC gets fed because I landed enough CC on the enemy. And, if our ADC is fed early, I feel like a walking ton of crap when laning ends because my team hardly needs my help anymore other than act as a meat shield on the occasions that team fights turn sour in which my biggest contribution to the team is lying dead in place of our carries.

Yeah, yeah, Mundo goes where he pleases...He's a walking middle finger to all involved. He can't ever die if built correctly unless the entire enemy team focuses him for 10+ straight seconds. But that's about it. He pokes the enemy back early game to maintain lane and laughs off any attempt to kill him, but he doesn't trade well. He just runs around and almost guarantees that at least one member on his team won't be feeding (Him) unless said player is brain dead. He has next to no CC to contribute to team fights and his only mobility comes from his ultimate.

He has a point and click stun that most players just shrug off most of the time. His passive reads and acts like the conditions on a Yu-Gi-Oh playing card (As in complicated as all get out). As for his ultimate...Taric just basically declares, "Go forth, my allies, and lay waste to mine enemies for I cannot accomplish the task with mine own two hands as they are truly encumbered with outrageous gems!"
