bard's biggest problem as i can see

right now bard's biggest problem has to be the prevalence of all-in supports right now. thresh, leona, alistar, and braum are all pretty popular now. what does this have to do with bard you say? well, while bard is out collecting his charms, his adc who is still farming bot lane is getting pulled/stunned/destroyed by the support who IS there along with his adc.

bard's just a champion i don't ever see being really strong unless he has really good jungler cooperation and e's the jungler in for fast ganks.

You shouldn't be leaving your ADC alone if you aren't ahead in the first place. Plus you shouldn't even be roaming that far away, only far enough to collect a few charms, and quickly return to lane with the stacking speed boost they give you.
