Let me tell you about the real Elo Hell

It's plat II-Diamond 5. In this range, you have people with the game knowledge of a pixie stick but they've been able to climb by virtue of grinding hundreds if not thousands of games, one-tricking or by having god tier mechanics.

So in my game last night, I played on my plat II smurf. I was Jax VS Morde. I first blooded him but then he started doing Morde things like pushing really hard. Long story short, I got a little too aggro and misplayed the lane and threw my lead by dying twice. I still went even in farm but Morde was ahead. So it's 19:30ish. Morde's team just took Dragon. Because I have a friend who mains Morde, I know exactly what Morde will try and do: he's gonna try to solo Baron with Dragon. And yes, he can. I immediately ping it because I know what Morde is going to do and my team starts spamming "lmao he can't solo baron, lol he won't etc." 20 seconds later, Baron Nashor has been slayed - I died to a fed as fuck Fizz walking to Baron in our jungle. Nobody bothered even checking. All of a sudden you get "wtf thats broken, wtf argh urghhh durrr." We actually won because outside of cheese shit like Dragon ghost, Morde is a glorified cannon minion. But my god...

This is the real elo hell. This is the elo where people didn't know Darius's passive gives him BF swords galore for getting 5 stacks and that killing an enemy with his ult and his next attack automatically applies 5 stacks on the next champion. This is the elo that didn't know Riven's windslash active on her ult is an execute. This is the elo that didn't know Elise's spideform Q is an execute. How in god's name do these people get out of bronze? See, when I was bronze and silver in season 2/early season 3, I expected this shit. But this is fucking plat/diamond. This is the top 2%, and THEY DON'T KNOW THIS SHIT.

So the next time you get tired of being in elo hell just understand this, you have it good. You don't want to be in trashnum or diaboosted. This is the most toxic, unfun, misinformed garbage elo I've ever played in. It's like pulling teeth for me trying to get out of this elo because I'm good enough to beat the shit out of my lane (unless I'm counter-picked by something easy and brainless like Pantheon) but I struggle to translate it to other areas of the game at this elo. I'm working on it but christ, I'd expect people to actually know basic shit so the correct plays can be made.

Long story short: please stay up to date on the game. Game knowledge is rather complex, most people at this elo understand how to properly play the game but they somehow lack the understanding of what some champions do. Dear diary, rant /end, tldr, tbh lol teehhee buff nasus. I'm out. Fuck this elo. The boosted players need to be banned.
