I think Jinx rocket nerf will not be te solution at all

All immobile ADC have MUCH clear weakness than Jinx. Varus, Ashe, Miss Fortune, Twitch

Ashe has a single target stun + aoe slow that can miss kind of easily and needs a far good distance to actually hit a good stun duration. But jinx has a NORMAL ability that can snare up to 3 ENEMY CHAMPIONS FOR 1.5S regardless of distance. Ashe ult is much better , but jesus, it is a ultimate that can miss more easily than jinx traps.

Varus ultimate is just a upgraded Jinx E too. I actually prefer her traps instead of his ult. His AA speed boost is stupid bad, while jinx gains 130% for just AA'ing. Yeah, he has health damage, but he needs to lower his dps by using abilities. It is a weakness that is fine, but why pick him over jinx?

Not even going to talk about miss fortune. Her kit is a totally mess. there is no reason to pick her over jinx doesn't matter your or the enemy team comp.

Twitch ultimate is fantastic....but is just that. His Q stealth got wayyyyy to nerfed , plus the attack speed he gets from it.... is lower than jinx wins passively with her Q. Don't know about his E damage, I think it is fine. His W is pretty meh IMO.
