Riot should seriously start monitoring in game ping. If a player has 200+ ping for them majority of the game over a multitude of games, he should not be allowed to play ranked. I'm sick of people pinging their ping everytime they die. If you know you have bad ping DON'T QUE!!

a few kills, yes thats fine, but not for every single mishap. I had a guy 2 games in a row ping his 230 something ping every time he died, and everytime he messed up and i lost both games because of him.
