And the only reason I remembered he exists is because I saw him in an ARAM game.

i actually spammed a ton of rammus recently. he's still the same ole ball of speed zoomin at you with a massive taunt and decent aoe ult. he is tanky as hell and his early ganks are actually imo still quite good if you can find the right opportunities. its just that he doesn't compare with the top tier junglers like elise, ekko, gragas, lee sin etc. his late game is still semi good. the reason you probably never see him is because there are other more popular tanks like amumu in the jungle who do what rammus does only can team fight better. rammus though is super tank though man. that W is quite strong. he is not a blind pick either. if you early pick a rammus you are probably going to go against a team that can just kite you into oblivion:

I've groaned every time our jungle picks rammus. Could have picked xin, yi, gragas or ww but nope, that useless hedgehog wannabe. every bloody time he feeds.
