Support needs to be looked at

More specifically enhancers need a buff, i suggest in there sustain. In a game where proper APC's are able to be run bottom as supports, i honestly believe that "proper" squishy supports need to buffed. What am i suppose to go against a champion like say , a champion designed with good base numbers, good scaling, hard CC, and most importantly good mana costs (because she's suppose to be a solo lane mage); when i'm playing a champion with limited mobility, limited damage, limited or non existent CC, lack luster sustain, and most importantly high mana costs.

If you are going to allow most of the mage roster (who was designed for solo lane) to function in bottom lane, with little too no negative to their over all game plan; could the champions that Riot have HARD limited to that lane maybe not just hard lose to their damage output, and low ability costs.
