New pd is trash for Yasuo, have you even played the champ? 12% dmg reduction at all time + more reliable waltz VS a 90 sec CD shield that makes you unable to buy steraks.

BUT he can't both use PD and Maw; They share a unique passive.
PD isnt good on him anymore. he dosent becaome a tank from the 12% dmg reduction and its way less attack speed. Also Maw and hexdrinker are better for mid lane.
