I'm tired of being flamed just cause i play riven.

Title. Sick of it, sick of being flamed every single game if i do poorly, "Your fucking bad peice of shit." "Why do you even play her scrub?" "Leave the game were better off without you." 6 games SIX GAMES in a row, i'v been flamed just for playing riven. You expect me to do well when 4 people are constantly flaming and belittling me?

Yes i can mute them, yes i can report them, but will that stop it from happening next game? No, cause i dont want to mute people every damned game, but i might just have to considering how toxic every has been towards me lately.

Oh you know what the worst one was? I was being flamed once 2 games ago, i told the enemy team "Please report these people their flaming me." you know what they said "Riven main, no i'm reporting you, your probably lying."....like seriously? That's so petty and stupid, i didn't do anything, they did, they flamed me, yet i get reported because of someone elses twisted perceptions?

It's rather unfortunate. It doesn't get better as you climb either. At Least we're not yasuo mains though :^)

Sadly there is no way but to get used to it. This has been topics about this on r/rivenmains several times but in the end you can't do anything about it.

What I do for my own sanity is to just write ":)" back and then either mute them (in rankeds) or just watch the shitshow (in normals).

Big shoutout to those few who say stuff like "give her a break" when I do poorly in ranked and get flamed. Y'all are the real MVPs!

I like winning and dislike self fulfilling losses. Negative attitudes destroy matches that could be won. Also off games happen.

Maybe you shouldn't play a high skill cap champ that you suck at... Not saying getting flamed for it is ok, but if it bothers you stop doing it. You're being flamed cuz you're playing a mechanical champ and you suck at it.

My man, your in the top 1%, most of the player base is in bronze and silver elo. Calling them kids with disability's is a bit unfair as they represent the majority of players. They are the normal blokes of league.

I do recommend folks learn mechanics on champs in normal and if they lack game mechanics to do bot games first... but your advice to some one whos trying to improve is STOP CUZ YOU SUCK LOOOOL... mate that's just disrespectfully and frankly its pretty fucking condescending. If this was not your intent then hey sorry to call ya out. Either way I would encourage ya to respond and be productive and help folks out with out being a dick about it.

No I'm just saying you shouldn't be playing high skill cap champs in bronze, because chances are you aren't playing them to their full potential, and would be better suited with something else. Some champs are harder to play than others, and if you don't play them correctly they're just objectively worse.

And i get flamed every second game for picking GP mid. When all they need to do is look up my op.gg and see my 6,20 KDA in the last games and that i would win these teams if noone intfeeds. But nope. usually it's a full squishy enemy team and the shitshow starts in champselect: GIGI FULL AD. Why would you pick GP when we need AP!!! WE TOLD (!!) YOU TO PICK AP WHY YOU PICK GP HURR DURR THEY WILLSTACK ARMOR AND WE LOSE HURR DURR- And all you can do is smash and then your team suddenly goes "this GP, what a god". So yeah, suck it up and perform,play another champ or simply mute people.

You mainly get flamed, because of the stigmata of other Riven mains are passed onto you. It has been proven early on(probably not anymore but was true then) that Riven/Yasuo/Vayne mains were some of the most toxic players to grace League of Legends. Pretty sure not many on Riven anymore but it's echoes are still reached now. They have 2 expectations of a Riven/Yasuo/Vayne you either carry the team or you are garbage.

Don't get tilted from folks, especially if they are on the enemy team. If your mechanics are bad run her in norms and ignore all the flameing and remain positive. You need to play to improve so keep grinding away for experience. I'm a dude who habitually plays champions who are "garbage" that eventually end up in the meta. Jayce Bard Yasuo Taliyah AurelionSol Jhin TahmKench Nami for example, every one of them was "Bad and garbage tier" on release and this attitude persisted up until some Pro team destroyed with them and then they turned fotm until the meta shifted.

Plus folks who stereotype champions to players are silly imo.

Tldr, if your able to win more games then ya lose just play who you want and don't let derps get under your skin.

People in this game always want to blame someone.

Riven, Yi, and Tryndamere players are the low hanging fruit. Everything that goes wrong is your fault. Same shit happens to me when I play nasus support. Mid dies? "F@#$ you nasus your pick tilted me and made me give first blood"
