I'd hazard guessing it's because of Malz's E and his ability to 100-0 people easily and TFs stun/teleport.

I don't really know though, I never felt safe playing them. Strong? Yeah. Safe? Unless I lit up the bushes (which I do on Malz because I tend to push), no. But if you apply wards to any mid laner you can be safe so...

Their laning phases? All TF has to do is throw 2 spells and the wave is cleared without hardly even using mana. If a TF wants to play safe and not agro it's just a battle of wave clear. Someone comes for a gank or you get aggressed on? Boom yellow card. Not to mention I see a lot of TFs running summoner 6 summoner 4 . The same thing with Malzahar, he has a silence + suppress and if you get close to him he'll just press e and his voidling will chunk you out for half hp.

If he does that he pushes the wave and any decent jungler would be there to pick up the free 300 gold...same with Malzahar.

Well same with Ahri if she had no ulti, same with Azir, same with Xerath, same with Fizz. If you put yourself in that position you'll get ganked but that's not what makes a champion safe or not

Ahri has movement speed boost on Q wich allows her to escape most ganks. Xerath has a stun, Fizz has his Q and E, plus ult, Azir has W (? not sure...could be E, I don't play that champion but I am talking about his escape).

I think in a 1v1 scenario they're safe I guess. Though Support roams, Jungler ganks, or whatever else can mess them up badly. Malzahar's kit lets him win pretty much any 1v1 if they don't have a way to block his ultimate or if they're really mobile, and Twisted Fate can disengage really well with his gold card if used properly, but they'll probably just die instantly in a 1v2 since their hard forms of CC are single-target and they don't have any direct disengage, more so engage.

Because some champions level of safety can vary? In a 1v1 they can't really be all-in'ed, they're safe from it and they can sort of disengage in a weird way, but they'll just have to fight through a 1v2 or die.

Ye ahri without ult doesn't have that much giong of safety. I hate xerath 10 times more just cuz of that range, width, cd's and loading time on Q holllyyy sht so annoying

Ahri is overpowered right now , nothing new, she needs her q buff removed, that was complete overkill. 55% winrate, high pickrate, low experienced playerbase, obviously too strong but she sells so well that riot doesnt change her. Deleting her weak pre 6 laningphase by giving her a free mobilityboost with every q was retarded.

Give each of her three dashes a .5 second delay?

I'd rather remove the MS boost on her Q. I preferred her before that was added... mobility tied to her ult is much more strategic, and fair for both sides.

Riot really needs to lower the MS buff she gets from Q. That would help with getting some counterplay on her.

Or increase her Charm cooldown/mana would help. It's apart of a reason I think she's so safe. "Oh you wanna gank or all-in me? Not before you take a few turret shots."

I think a good change would be if she ults away from the enemy champ (using it more as an escape) so she doesn't hit them either A) She can only cast her ult one more time as opposed to 2 (like really 3 mini flashes?) or B)She has to wait 1.5- 2 seconds to cast her ult again. that way she has is more pressured to use her zhonya. Atm it is ridiculous how safe her laning phase is, oh your jungler didnt gank her b4 level 6? Lol good luck guy.
