I just noticed how awfully cheap Spirit Visage is for its stats

What is it, like 120% efficient without the passive(which in turn increases in value depending on your champions healing capabilities and base health regen)

The item is 2800 gold for 425 health(less than its components, hello my old friend), 10% CDR, 200% base health regen and a passive that increases healing, regenertion, health restoration of most kinds by 30%. I don't know about you, but this item probably need a price increase of like 200-400.

nah. im fine with it. the one thing that might need to happen is having a new component item for the build path.

item 3067 + item 3801 + item 1057 seems like a good combination of items.

that makes it pretty much reverted with all of the damage item drops and the new tank items...

whatever i guess. i liked my idea better.

People where complaining that it's components gave more life the SV so they changed it I guess.

i guess. though my idea addresses that and keeps the item the same. guess they really dont want to move it away from the cowl line.

PBE Visage is still ~104% efficient before its passive, for reference.

For comparison, Adaptive Helm is only 84.17% efficient without its passive, and Abyssal Scepter is 90.6% efficient.

Thing is is that despite how cost-effective SV is, MR isn't always a factor. It's strong, of course, but there's not always a solid reason to buy it unless you've got a ton of healing in your kit. Other items do more damage and are more guaranteed to give you some value. SV gives no AP, AD/AS/Crit, mana, penetration or bonus damage of any kind nor any mobility. It's an entirely defensive purchase that doesn't grant you armor, granted that the healing makes both MR and armor more valuable. It wasn't a game-winning purchase by any means.

Even so, I do think it deserved this love tap. Tons o' stats. MR laners would do next to nothing against a laner with SV. It really discourages AP top laners in particular from existing.
