What meta is universally good for the game?

I ask this question because according to the community, every meta is a cancerous meta except for some magical ones that are never elaborated on.

the best meta would be the one that riot doesn't purposely force on the game

Can there ever be a equal meta where assasins, tanks, and ADCs can live in harmony? Apperentaly not though because with a game like League of Legends it's almost impossible to balance without having any community backlash on some champions.

Perfect Meta: Second half of Season 5 after Cinderhulk got its first nerf, before Juggernauts happened.

Never ever seen that much Champion diversity on the Rift[playing since the end of Season 1] Such a great time - no coincidence I hit Dia back than. ^^

For me, a meta is good when the "Top 20 OP's" are balanced between tanks, adc's, mages, and assassins. Then it satisfies everyone as you can technically classify every character as one of the 4.

Every meta will be good against a certain class. Tank meta is good against assassins, mid mage meta is good at deleting squishies, etc etc.

So ya, there will ALWAYS be people who say it's terrible.
