the 45 minutes marker was about when I hit 1K AP, because I had a full build. After that, I just kinda said fuck this, this is overkill, and went and started farming champions instead.
Sasogwa3 votesWell Veigar used to feel that way with 400 AP including DFG back then. Plus the pseudo-instant stun (it had 0.25s cast time but felt quite instant). And he actually was not OP, his winrate was around 45% - Good ol' times.

You try to chase him and kill him, you have to get through 4 other people (as he hides behind them) and IF YOU SURVIVE THAT SHIT.... he casts this big ass circular stunning mechanism that will give you no other option than to allow him to rip your clothes off and have his way with you as you scream your teammates name's in agony.
