Can we make Eve's W do damage to champions if fully charged please?
It just feels terrible to use and most of the time it's better to Q W for the slow instead of W'ing the target before you are in range, on top of waiting for the thing to fully charge. It's better to get off your damage as soon as they know where you are as an assassin instead of putting a mark, waiting 2.5 seconds, giving away that you are there and waiting, and potentially just making them get away or going to allies. Early-mid game, you only "lose" 2-10% damage max in exchange of doing the combo instantly, letting you dart out of combat and reposition, waiting on cooldowns, which is the better move 95% of the time.
It is just a super telegraph'd W and due to all the mobility and how small the map is, it's usually the wrong choice to use the W from far away and wait for it to charge. The only time you ever wait for it to charge is to zone someone out of a fight or to scare them away from your allies, kinda like a mind game thing.
I'm not asking for a huge buff to it. It could have something like 20-25 damage a rank (20-40-60-80-100 or 25-50-75-100-125) and some type of AP ratio, even like 10%. Nothing big, but it just feels bad as a skill to use, especially in a meta where no one builds defensives, making the 25-35% magic resist shred pretty pointless and unrewarding to use.
It's just one of those skills that are REALLY good against monsters, makes you think it does a ton of damage, but against champions it does pretty much nothing until super mega late game and you are against someone building MR, which again, is pretty rare and even not even needed to do. I'd like it if her W had the same feeling against champions that it does on monsters and is the mark of death type of ability (kinda like ahris charm).
It's that or give it some type of damage amp. It's just the 25-35% magic resist shred isn't really that much in most games (as tanks aren't played, and if they are, they stack HP). Just hard to use skill, hard to even get off, and little reward for doing so.
