I dunno, either he scales off mana or ap. He should not have both. That's way too strong when Roa gives tons of ap (120 !), mana and hp. And Seraph's shield combined with his own shield makes him so tanky while giving him tons of mana and ap.

Ryze really is the champion that Riot could never defeat. No matter what they do to that ugly blue motherfucker he remains a game health catastrophe.

Because he's way too good right now in the hands of a halfway competent player.

They really just need to scrap his entire kit and rebuild him from scratch without trying to preserve anything. As long as his identity is "tanky mage who scales with mana and doesn't have cooldowns", he'll never be remotely balanceable.
