When exactly do you plan to buff Caitlyn, Riot?

I remember when you could pick her to be an early game lane bully who did decently in mid game but typically fell off late game due to other adc's scaling well

Now her early game is shit especially compared to the damage some adc's can put out right now (ezreal, xayah, jinx etc.)

Her mid game is below average since after 2-3 items that's when other adc's are killing people in 3 hits while it takes 30 for caitlyn to dent someones hp bar

Her late game is probably the worst of any adc in the game, her damage falls off so much harder than anybody else and her lack of "cheats" in her kit can't keep her alive as long as others.

Lucian gets CD on his dash every passive auto Ezreal gets CD on his E for hitting his Q Jinx gets massive MS steroid every kill/assist Tristana gets a reset on her Jump every kill/assist(Don't remember if they removed this part) and full bomb explosion Twitch resets his Q on kills/assist(Again can't recall if its on assist or if that got removed ill have to check) Sivir is in a similar state but she gives her entire team a massive MS steroid and has a spellshield + MS on passive Jhin gets a MS steroid every Crit (and 4th shot tho that's a crit)

Caitlyn just doesn't do anything in this game anymore and lost everything she was good at while someone like Ezreal or tristana gets to do the exact same thing but better
