The problem is that singed kit is too old.

Things that make him work are often just overpowered on other champions, so of course they need to be nerfed.

As a Singed main, I thought you would be more annoyed by removal of Emote and Mastery spams.

Also, how was Ghost nerfed? It got buffed straight up. (It will be getting nerfed on the PBE though). CoC is pretty ridiculous on any champion who uses it (though there are nerfs on the PBE once again, going too far now).
