win rates 66.7% professional play 53% Platinum and higher 52% all other elos

Checked all the way back to S2 when I started the game. Singed has never fallen below 51% win rate! NOT ONCE! That's in every elo from Pro - Bronze. You are putting too much stock in win rates. Singed is a unpopular champion and only people who are very good at him tend to play him. Thus the guy playing singed is usually better at his champ than the guy he is facing. Second he has been picked like 3 times in pro play that I can remember this season so 66.7% win rate is pretty useless stat with that small sample size. TLDR This really says nothing about Singed.

Actually, he's been in 18 professional games. The even list the summoner who chose him. World's, LCS and LCK. You would have seen that if you clicked any of the links.

Come on dude I thought you knew better than to lean on win rates like this.

I hate singed too, but there are objectively better ways to establish the idea that he needs to be changed than to argue that his "win rate" somehow indicates that he is too strong.
