Her damage is fine.
The fact that she needs to be around tentacles to actually fight and be useful is not.
Buffing her damage won't make her better, it'll make her more punishing and a bigger of a bully than she already is.

I would say that makes her more reliable.
Vianci1 votesAdding to what Pyrodinium said: the buff they gave her is actually a mid-late game buff, where she suffered the most. Here laning is fine and it'll probably stay unaffected by the change. Her dmg mid-late might get more reliable now.
Regulas1 votesThey are basically just making her a W bot that will rely almost entirely off of it's hit of damage.
The problem is with her tentacle mechanics but they seem to be focused on boosting other areas and ignoring her main mechanics set.
