Can thunderlord decree make a more distinct sound when it is back up?

When thunderlord decree is ready after cooldown, it make a subtle sound. Hardly noticeable. Can riot make this just a bit loader so I know when it is on?

thanks

I agree.

I play with the volume off, so I wouldn't know if there was any sound.

Doesn't it show up greyed out, along with buffs/debuffs, when it's down?

Honestly, seeing the Akali rework makes playing immobile champs seem unfair.

Static shiv is way better for ADC that Luden Echo is for Mages.
