Then you realize Volibear has nothing outside of strong numbers.

What's his niche? What does he accomplish? Is he just a less reliable Cho when he's not over-tuned?

Volibear needs a rework, as much as I hate to say it. His E is unsatisfying, his W provides oppressive lane-pressure to those that don't hard-counter him, his ult is a buff with a lot delayed power. Its not game changing (outside of 1v1s), its just 'I has on-hit now'.

None of the champs are balanced, and there are champs that beat him 1n1. He falls in damage quickly, and can't beat entire teams like yasuo when fed.

Yeah he's really not broken at all. I loved him in silver a few months ago, but he gets kited hard. Fun champ though.

Any slow/stun/snare will save you unless his flash is up and he manages to flip you.
