The champion with the highest skill floor?

I remember when I was a little newbie. I tried all sorts of champions that I thought were just so hard to use that they weren't fun, ie Xin Zhao, Akali, Caitlyn, Fizz, Heimerdinger...and as I revisit them, I realize of course that they are not hard to use and are quite fun. The big surprise of this month for me was Fizz. I did not expect to like him at all, but he's great.

Now I'm wondering, are there any champions in League that are actually difficult to play?

I wouldn't say any of the champions are really super-difficult to play, but the ones with unique mechanics generally need you to learn and understand those mechanics before you can play them properly.

For example:

Azir Draven Evelynn Gnar Heimerdinger Mordekaiser Rengar

They're complicated to start with because each has something unique that you won't really know how to use from playing other champions, and which takes some practice to learn how to use properly.

I've seen some shit. I have seen. Some shit. On free weeks involving Shaco and Riven. Like, eyes bleeding levels of "why".

I'd add Ori to the list.

There's tons of difficult champions. In fact other than a few slightly overpowered ones (depending on how you use them that is), they're all pretty difficult when against a skilled player.

Anivia Cassiopeia are not even really close despite also having a difficulty rating of 10.

Draven is the only mechanically difficult champion in the game imo immobile mages like Anivia Cassiopeia and all ADCs require great positioning shit tier champions require better game knowledge and decision making
