How are these games "carriable"

I know we have all seen it. People say all the time "if you deserve gold, youd be gold" "you just have to carry yourself out" How do you win a game where one of your teammates runs it down mid inting. 4 out the 8 games ive played today thats happened. Like how are those carriable? Please do explain Mr. Downvote Gods. Because all i see you guys do is say "get good you are bad" / Why take the effort in commenting and downvoting if you won't actually give substantial information.

Don't fall into this trap. Not every game is winnable. The act of carrying means you tip the win/loss ratio in your favor, not that you put your team on your back and force them to win.

You can't win every game, but if you are legitimately better than your allies you will find ways to turn every evenly matched game in your teams favor, and to make every game that should be a hard win for your enemies into a close game. That is what you must do in order to "carry", and that is how you earn higher ranks than you have.

If you focus on your team's mistakes instead of your own you will fall into the elo hell fallacy. It's much harder to escape that idea than it is to not accept it in the first place, so please do yourself a favor and get over it now.
