Blitzcrank
He is an incredibly oppressive champion. I know he only has one viable role, but he is, in my opinion at least, the best at it. He's banned regularly in any elo, low or high, and he is the nightmare of most ADC, Support, and Jg throughout the game.
And yes, I did say Jg. Any time a team has a blitz on their team is a team that is going to invade...and almost always successfully.
What can be done to properly balance him? I ask because I'd rather not have to ban him every time when there are other champions I have to worry about.
