Give Kassadin his silence back

Yes, you read that right. I don't even play Kassadin, and I think those changes are absolutely retarded. The fact that Riot didn't do anything about literally everyone on the PBE saying the ult change was bad, they still went through with it. This shows us that Riot truly has stopped caring about PBE.

So, as a jungle main I can now safely say Kassadin is useless. Mediocre damage, no real CC, and an ult that is laughably bad. Nidalee has more damage, mobility, and utility at level 3 than Kassadin has at level 6, hell, even level 18.

I'd be fine if maybe his ult ranged scaled up (along with mana costs, meaning level 16 his ult would be back to normal) to amplify that Kassadin is supposed to be a late game power.

It should also be noted that the both beloved and loathed 'anti-mage' has recently gone for midlane mage destroyer, who is in turn wrecked by certain AD mids , has gone to a top lane bully who succeeds most vs melees.

Ever since mid season 4, starting with the removal of his silence, Kassadin has slowly gone form midlane high powered anti-mage to top lane cluster fuck of nobody knows. Is he still an assassin? Is he a tank? An AP bruiser? Fuck it nobody knows at this point.

TL;DR: Fix Kassadin please. You literally gutted his mobility, the only thing he has, when champions like and have more damage and mobility at level 3 than he does at 6, AND they're ranged.
