I feel like there is TOO MUCH readily available cc

It just gets too a point where enough is enough and I think scarra made a good point in regards to assassins like Kat. Pretty much 95% of champions have cc. And it isn't just cc that bothers me its the OVERWHELMING cc. Like when I play an ap champ and HAVE to build Qss if they have two suppressions. And cleanse generally isn't a very good sum.
