Add 2 seconds to each tier of Darius's Apprehend

The champ is too consistently good against most match-ups, and there needs to be a more substantial punishment for missing a hook. It's not unreasonable to ask for an increase in the cooldown time on his hook so that immobile melee champs can be rewarded for their juke.

Or punish bad Darius players for spamming it.

You know, I disagree that dar is actually good against most matchups (and his winrate supports me at any rate) however I wouldn't be opposed to a Nerf like that on top of a Q ratio nerf (-5 or 10% to reduce his harass) in exchange for more interesting mechanics compensatory buffs that don't involve giving him more damage like say, once he gets a certain number of stacks on an opponent, he causes a damage debuff on them for a certain percentage doubling over time. This would allow him to actually be strong early, mid, and late game in team and solo fights, while being less able to harass, engage, or re-engage- thus allowing others to play their game while he plays his.

And hear me out, I personally think dar should be allowed to outplay and be outplayed in almost any matchup, such that he should be able to take anyone down post 5 stacks, but only if he does well enough to stack efficiently or avoid excessive damage. Currently he literally gets tanked and murdered in solo fights by Mundo even when building Merc, spirit visage, an armor item and thinks like steraks, cleaver, and tried force. Dar should be murdering people like Mundo in a slap fest considering dar gets rekt by any high damage mobile champ whether ranged or melee (tryn because of conquerors, Jax, quin, jayce, fiora, etc). Even aatrox wastes dar these days. Dar enjoys none of the the mobility those champs have, none of the split push power, has fewer defensive steroids, and is generally extremely outscalex, all while actually getting out bullied by them if dar and the opponent are of equal skill, since dar has little outplay potential.
