Except you do, because earning it in S5 is not the same as earning it in S6 because the game has changed. Your hyper entitlement only shows your fear that you are not as good as you claim to be. Insecurity, weakness, that is what you are showing when you want to retain a title rather than having to earn it through skill, effort and merit.

I welcome the challenge of working my way through the ladder... as I always have, I will rise back to Diamond no matter where the system places me because I am a Diamond level player. It's that simple.

Water finds its own level, if you are afraid you'll "get stuck in bronze", maybe that's where you truly belong.... The system is working, the system is not wrong, the system is fine.

You're missing the issue entirely. Even if the reset were a hard one (it isn't supposed to be), people are still getting placed way too low for how many games they've won.

I didn't. Unless all of these people are lying (which I suppose is possible), people are being placed too low for the amount of wins they got.

The reason those people deserve to be higher isn't because they're better than where they were placed. They deserve to be higher because having a winning record shouldn't cause someone to drop in rank.

The people who are complaining about it mostly aren't the actually good players. It's mostly the "omg i went from silver 2 to bronze 3 wtf"

No I don't care about climbing back to Plat. But when I have to climb out of Silver to get there that's what tilts me. It's not that it will be hard it's the fact that I am "climbing" out of Silver while they are also other Plats yet the game is treating me like I am of Silver rating.
