The proc-ing of yasou's ult

Really needs to be fixed.

Surely only true knockups should proc his ult (think malph and wu ult) instead of any abiltiy that moves your character from one point to another. Vaynes condem and janna monsoon both proc it, niether are knock ups.

Sure it will git hos synergy will almost every champ in the game but atleast imo this change is needed.
