Kayn and Udyr need to be addressed

There is absolutely no excuse for a champion having only a 53% loss rate against counters, while having a 61% winrate against champions they counter. A 53% loss rate isn't even considered a counter, if 61% is.

There's simply too little counterplay and counter-building against them. They have the options to build armor shred without a penalty thanks to low-cost spammable abilities. They're too effective for the simplicity and versatility of their kits. It's basically season 2-3 Nidalee all over again, but instead of doing relatively well in several roles, they do relatively well on the map as a whole without needing to take other roles.

Of course, other examples of this trend exist and should be addressed as well. But it's far more balanced for a champion to be countered as hard as they counter others than to have no actual counters-- and still counter others-- like this.

Hell, it'd be better even for a champion not to counter anyone or have any counters, with a solid 50% winrate performance across every matchup, than to simply beat others with no counter themselves.
