i just hope they dont change some of his sound effects, the giant roar when you hit his R is amazing, i love hearing it, just like i love the giant BOOM from Garens R...i have surround sound on my PC and my woofer shakes the room when it goes off...LOVE IT lol

he needs a new ultimate, dude. im not saying they need to change its entire concept, but it needs to do something more than grant a little bit on hit damage.

How so? His ultimate falls of late game so hard when its close to impossible to land more than a couple auto attacks in a teamfight.

voli R is a tradeoff for having an above-average utility base kit for a juggernaut; he has good damage on the condition that his ult is up. It fits him suitably and his only real issue is that S8-S9 no longer allows him to survive long enough to make it significant

People don't give Voli enough credit. His kit is actually very good. The numbers not so much, but on his foundation Voli is very well-off.

Volibear's worst flaw is being generic, and this is the only valid criticism but never really comes up in conversation. I don't expect Riot to fix that in his VGU going off of what I've seen recently.

as far as riot is concerned their game is fixed.

They purposely introduce constant change/imbalance on purpose to keep the game more interesting.

That's their philosophy, I think it's B to the S.

I personally don't think volibear buffs are a good idea... He's already an early game champion and this is an early game meta. He's pretty oppressive to play against, what makes him bad is as soon as you're able to juke him he's useless. If they just buff his damage numbers he's going to be extremely annoying early game without any progress being made where he's bad. He needs a mini rework, not buffs. Volibear's only win condition is to tilt someone and have them afk or become useless. I think we can all understand why that's a bad win condition.
