Such threads are deleted since they don't create discussion, instead spreading ill-will. They also fall under the naming and shaming umbrella.

Nah, you can, provided it's as respectful as that can be. "Djinn's a dick and ruined Christmas, fire his volunteer ass" isn't okay. "Djinn did XYZ, which I find a poorly made decision for reasons ABC, whoch i will now explain. I'd therefore like him to be removed from the team" is fine.

Basically, just don't make antagonistic call-out threads. Have good discussions of your concerns instead!
