What ever happened to sion's ult continuing if it killed a player?

it would confuse players into building ad on him
Sion is fine right now so it just doesn't need to be a thing, his damage buffs on his ult were enough and even those could be argued as not being necessary.
It basically made it so Sion players would wait to use their ult to get kills instead of engaging a fight.
