Can Illaoi's W deal bonus damage to towers and inhibitors?

It is an empowered auto attack that doesnt deal bonus damage to structures. Please let her W deal bonus damage to structures like towers.

Riot is extremely inconsistent with what deals bonus damage to towers.

Garen's Q and Yorick's Q have identical damage values, 30/55/80/105/130 + 40% AD, but only Garen's procs on turrets even though Yorick is the dedicated split pusher.

Trundles was even recently change so that he could Q towers again. I really don't fully understand why the inconsistency between all these empowered autos.

Yorick's Q has a much lower CD and buildwise Trinity Force is a must.

Yorick already has great tools for a split pusher, having his Q proc on Turrets would really push the limits.

Garen is much weaker than Yorick at split pushing, and his Q proc'ing on turrets isn't that much big of a deal. I think they wanted Garen consume his Q when he uses it on tower, so that his Silence is consumed and he gets punished if an opponent is nearby.

I just build item 3078 on illaoi for extra damage to turrets, and for attack speed. Making W do more dmg to towers would be too good imo
